Lemon Chutney Masala
A paratha with a dollop of makhan and a side of Lemon Chutney is what childhood culinary meals were made of. Make the traditional sweet and tangy Indian Neembu Chutney at home with Sadabahar Lemon Chutney Masala.
Directions for Preparation:
Take 25 lemons (approx. 1kg). Cut them into small pieces and remove seeds. In a separate bowl take 1 kg sugar. Taking equal quantity of lemon pieces and sugar grind them in a mixer. Add 100 grams Sadabahar Lemon Chutney Masala in the grinded mixture and mix well. Store in a glass jar and use after 3-4 days
Ingredients:
Common Salt, Red Chilli, Cumin, Rock Salt, Turmeric and Asafoetida.
Storage Conditions :
- Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
- Use a dry spoon.
