Jholia Masala | Kerry Pannna Masala
Jholia also known as Kerry Panna, is a refreshing Indian summer drink made with raw mango or kairi, that will take you down the nostalgia lane right away. It has been an immensely cherished part of our childhoods. Sadabahar Jholia Masala will give you a rejuvenating beverage with perfectly balanced flavors that will leave you wanting more.
Directions for use:
Boil 250-300 grams raw mango. Now mix pulp of boiled raw mango in 500ml water. Add 200-250 gms sugar/jaggery and 2tsp Sadabahar Jholia Masala. Mix well and serve chilled.
Ingredients:
Cumin, Black Salt, Common Salt, Black Pepper.
- Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container
- Use a dry spoon.
