Achar Masala
'Achar' is a quintessential element of Indian Cuisine, and our meals feel a little incomplete without it. In today's time, many of us have to live far from home, and we often get homesick for homecooked food. It is in those occasions that Achar becomes our biggest savior. Sadabahar Achar Masala is an authentic blend of the freshest aromatic spices that will make your Achar all the more irresistible and might also take you on a trip down the memory lane.
Directions for use:
Step 1: Heat 250 gms mustard/groundnut oil on low flame and then let it cool on room temperature.
Step 2: Cut small pieces of raw Mango and put the pieces in a glass jar. Add Sadabahar Achar Masala and oil and mix well.
Step 3: Achar Masala will be ready for use in 8-10 days.
Sadabahar Achar Masala can also be used for making achar of carrots, cauliflower, gonds & karonda etc.
Ingredients:
Mustsard Seeds, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Fennel, Ginger Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Clove Powder, Asafoetida.
- Keep in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container
- Use a dry spoon.
