Directions for use:

Add 1.5 tsp Sadabahar Biryani Masala while cooking 100gms of rice. In a different pan cook vegetables of your choice like onion, caroot, peas, corns, tomatoes, beans, cauliflower, capsicum etc. Add 1 tsp red chilly powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp trumeric powder and salt to taste. After the vegetables are cooked, add hung curd and stir for one minute. Mix cooked vegetables and rice and garnish the dish with cashews, raisins, mint,coriander, fried onionetc. Sadabahar Biryani is ready to eat !

Black Pepper, Cumin, Dried Ginger, Cinnamon, Coriander Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Bay Leaves, Black Cardamom, Red Chilly, Cloves, Fennel, Nutmeg, Star Anise, Cardamom, Dried Fenugreek Leaves, Mace, Turmeric, Asafoetida.
